Eleanor Mann School of Nursing students are required to provide proof of medical insurance coverage starting with admission to the program. Records must be updated annually until graduation. Proof of health insurance must be submitted to the the nursing school's office (Ozark 217) prior to the beginning of each semester.
Students who are not in compliance with this policy on the first day of class each semester will not be allowed into the clinical practicum. Missed clinical practicum time cannot be made up and will be counted as an unexcused absence.
