Professional Biography:

Teri has worked in medical-surgical acute and older adult community healthcare settings since 1997.   She has also served in nursing management and supervisory roles during this time.  Teri began teaching as a clinical instructor at NWACC in Bentonville, Arkansas in 2001 and at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2002 while completing her master’s degree at UAMS.  Teri received a dual degree upon completion of her graduate school studies.  Her degree focus at UAMS was in Nursing Administration and Nursing Education.  She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society-Pi Theta Chapter.
