2009 Nursing Research Conference
Students in the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing created posters to illustrate research projects and presented the information at the 18th annual nursing research conference April 6, 2009, at the Arkansas Union on the University of Arkansas campus. Carol Picard, professor emeritus of nursing at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, spoke about "Keeping the Passion in Compassion" as the keynote speaker of the daylong conference sponsored by the Pi Theta chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International, the honor society of nursing.
